Campaigning through Freedom of Information
A few months ago I was out on the road producing case study for the Office of the Scottish Information commissioner.
Alongside our regular video production specialist, Kevin Cameron I travelled to Dumbarton to meet Michelle Stewart from the the C Difficile Justice group.
The C Diff Justice Group and Freedom of Information from SIC on Vimeo.
Her story show just what can be achieved through a judicious and thorough communications campaign that uses Freedom of Information.
Congratulations to Michelle who was successful in becoming a councillor in the 2012 local elections.
If you are interested in finding out how FOI can help your campaign get in touch or visit the Scottish Information Commissioner’s website which contains a wealth of resources. They also offer free training sessions for the third sector groups and other organisations.
